When double-clicking the titlebar of a window the window does not roll-up. How do I fix this?

Please confirm the following System Preference settings are properly configured:

System Preferences > Dock
1) Ensure that the checkbox for "Double-click a window's title bar to zoom" is NOT checked.
2) Check the box for "Minimize windows into Application icon".

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy
1) Select the Accessibility category and confirm that WindowMizer is in the list and the checkbox is checked.
2) Select the Screen Recording category and confirm that WindowMizer is in the list and the checkbox is checked.

Window-shading Tips:

  • When double-clicking a title bar, you must click within the top 22-27 pixels of the title bar.
  • Some applications have a taller title bar or toolbar, please try to double-click closer to the top of the window.
  • Some applications have a side-bar and you must double-click the title bar above the side-bar area.
  • You can also use the keyboard shortcut of command+m to collapse/restore windows.


Where is my Activation Code?

If you purchased WindowMizer through this website or in-app checkout (via Paddle), your Activation Code is located on the Account > Downloads page of the Customer Dashboard. If you do not know your Account password, you can reset it here.

If you purchased WindowMizer via BundleHunt, you should have received an email with the Activation Code. You can also login to your account at BundleHunt to view order details and retrieve your Activation Code from your account.

Do you offer a Demo of WindowMizer?

Yes! You can download WindowMizer free of charge and try it before committing to a purchase.

During the trial period, WindowMizer is fully functional. After 14-days, the trial will expire and WindowMizer will not run unless you purchase a license.

What is the password for my RGB World Account?

If you do not know your Account Password, you can reset it here.

Note: Passwords are stored in encrypted format and therefore cannot be "retrieved". If your password is unknown, it must be reset.

I am recieving an Activation Error. What can I do?

  1. Make sure you have the latest release for your licensed version of WindowMizer.
    If your license is for version 4, the latest release can be downloaded from here.
    If you are licensed for version 5 or have a Subscription, the latest version can be downloaded from here.
  2. Install the Application that was downloaded in Step 1.
  3. Activate using the Activation Code located on the Account > Downloads page of the Customer Dashboard. If you do not know your Account password, you can reset it here.

If you are unable to activate after following the steps above, please contact support for assistance.
